Stacy is passionate about health, fitness, and endurance racing. She began working in the health and fitness industry more than ten years ago. She started racing in endurance events when she completed her first marathon in 2004. Stacy continues to run marathons in addition to serving as a volunteer marathon/half marathon coach, for six years, with Luke’s Locker. She raced in her first triathlon in 2006 and was hooked immediately. Since then, she has raced in and coached triathletes from sprint to half ironman distance.
Stacy has a BS and MS in exercise physiology and holds several nationally recognized certifications, including USA Triathlon (USAT) Level II certified coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS), Keiser indoor cycling instructor, certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, and is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
